The program is easy to use and is suitable for users at all levels of computer experience. By using pre-loaded drop-down lists, there is minimal keyboard entry.

Pre-formatted operator worksheets can be issued enabling operators to easily report on work done. Reports can be produced summarising work carried out on a field or a group of fields and summarising work carried out for a client year to date.
